Yes, if parents, regardless of their sexual orientation, want to raise a child and provide a stable living environment, then they should be allowed to adopt a child. There should be background checks done to both heterosexual and gay couples as well. However, individual/faith-based adoption agencies should not be forced to violate their beliefs and let them decide or choose which couples to be prioritized.
