Yes, if couples regardless of their sexual orientation, want to raise a child and provide a stable living environment, then they should be allowed to adopt a child and pass the same background checks as heterosexual couples. However, we should let individual/faith-based adoption agencies them decide or choose which couples to be prioritized.
